illy Caffe, the authentic Italian bar project, was launched in 2003, named espressamente illy, and was followed by illy Caffè in 2015.
illy Caffè came from a desire to offer authentic Italian coffee and the real traditional Italian bar experience around the world.

In 2017, we decided to open the “illy” cafe Georgia. We created a new company “Georgian Retail investment” and started operation.
