year in various formats to meet diverse customer demands. The production lines handle a wide
range of products, including whole bean coffee, ground coffee, single-serve drip coffee,
Nespresso-compatible capsules, and specialty coffee
The factory is committed to environmental responsibility: 90% of its electricity is sourced from solar power for a cleaner, more sustainable operation. We use organic products and biodegradable packaging, aligning with eco-friendly standards and minimizing environmental impact.
The company owns prime land in central Tbilisi, where it has constructed a modern 5,000- square-meter production facility built to European standards, with a total investment exceeding
$10 million. The facility is equipped with fully automated machinery, including an in-house
nitrogen production system (99.99% purity) to ensure maximum coffee freshness. BB Company
holds FDA, Kosher, USDA Organic, and ISO 22000 certifications. Quality is controlled at every
stage by our in-house laboratory—from bean selection to roasting and packaging.
The factory serves our in-house brands and also provides private label manufacturing for other
coffee companies, supplying products to retail chains, stores, and supermarkets.
