Coffee

It all started with a passion for coffee in Italy in 1998. Since then, we have been studying coffee, improving our production, and learned everything about this product and industry.

We combined our passion and experience, and in 2014 we founded a coffee roasting company in Georgia. We are seriously passionate about coffee and approach it from a scientific point of view. We study all the processes that occur at every stage of production and learn from the best specialists in the world.

Eventually, we created a completely automatic, high-quality coffee production process. We implement and develop it day by day.

Production

We use the world’s best Italian and Japanese equipment, with fully automated multi-stage quality control.

Our goal is to maximize the taste and quality. We have carefully considered all stages of production, from purchasing the green beans to packaging. At our enterprise, we have a coffee laboratory, a quality control department, and an innovation department where we constantly focus on creating new products, improving quality, and enhancing design.

Green Coffee Purchase

This is the most important and challenging issue. We work with several large coffee traders and farmers from whom we systematically purchase coffee. We consistently attend coffee exhibitions around the world to look for new coffee varieties. We do not compromise on raw materials and coffee beans. Thanks to direct purchases, we acquire the highest quality coffees at the best prices.

For every shipment, we thoroughly examine the coffee in our laboratory, and if all the parameters meet our standards, we proceed with the purchase. All coffee is stored in special packaging with GrainPro bags to control humidity during transportation.

The Storage

We store green coffee beans in a climate-controlled warehouse. It’s very important to store it properly to control temperature and a humidity.

Green Coffee Cleaning and Sorting

We clean and calibrate all coffee batches before the roast with special sorting machines. After that we store clean green beans in the special silos for storage.

Roasting

We roast our coffee using some of the world’s best roasters to ensure consistent quality from batch to batch. Our roasters, sourced from Petroncini in Italy and Loring in the USA, are equipped with automatic roasting profile systems. We also utilize Cropster for additional quality control. With this system, we guarantee a consistent taste in every batch throughout the year. We roast coffee daily and meticulously monitor every stage of production, paying attention to even the smallest details.

Grinding

We have several types of grinders, including roll grinders with a water-cooling system and those equipped with rotating discs for achieving the ultra-fine grind. Our brands include the Italian Petroncini and Colombini, known for its expertise in grinding since 1970, and Mahlkönig from Switzerland.

Packaging

We operate several automatic packaging lines, all of which feature top-quality machinery from prestigious Italian and Japanese brands, including Gogglio, Fuso, Techno D, TME, Tinarelli, and others. Our packaging lines cater to coffee beans, ground coffee, single-serve drip bags, and Nespresso-compatible aluminum capsules. Our production capacity allows us to roast and package over 3 tons of coffee per day.

To preserve the highest quality standards, we produce our own nitrogen using the best Belgian equipment from Atlas Copco, ensuring nitrogen purity at 9,999. With this nitrogen, we degas, grind, and package all our products.

For additional quality control on our packaged products, we use an automatic checkweigher system, a metal detector, nitrogen level monitoring, bag sealing verification, color inspection, and, of course, a final taste assessment.

All our packaging materials comply with international standards, being biodegradable, compostable and recyclable. We source these materials from suppliers like Italian Goglio, Alus Sense, and others. Our system assigns a unique lot number to each package and records all relevant information in our database.

We conduct systematic testing and cupping, with the final taste being evaluated by certified Q-graders and specialists.

Once the finished packaging is ready, it is placed into boxes, stacked on pallets, and transferred to our warehouse.
